Middleware Specialist Solutions Architect - Applications Development Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

The process was too lengthy. First, there was a phone intro with the Talent team, followed by a phone call with a Hiring Manager. Then, there were two phone calls with Technical screening, each 2 hours long.

After that, it took them two weeks to set up the final personal interview round with a panel in their New York City office. That interview was approximately 3 and a half to 4 hours.

During the interview, they asked behavioral questions and had me do a whiteboard presentation. I was completely dissatisfied with the approach, as they had already picked a candidate before even the final round, and they may have done this as a formality.

Wasted 6 weeks of my time.
