Applied online, after which the recruiter called in August. The first two rounds of interviews were conducted with a gap of 2 weeks. Then there was no communication from the recruiter. The recruiter called back after a month in September to schedule the 3rd round. After the 3rd round, I was again deserted by the recruiter. I sent an email asking for an update, for which I received no reply. This kind of process sometimes makes me think if they are just conducting interviews for namesake with no actual requirement to hire candidates.
