Cons: Excessively over-bureaucratized, with many layers and processes.
Committed to DEI's worst excesses.
It is getting steadily worse every year.

Pros: "Culture" isn't a joke. It's real, and it's great.
Lots of great technology to work on.
Cons: Lots of changes in the past couple of years, most of which are not for the better, including quite a few reorgs, layoffs, and hiring freezes.
Pay is OK, but not great, though the benefits are pretty good.
A lot of the changes seem like they are changing the culture by making Red Hat feel like a corporation.
The company is starting to invest in too many things, such as telecom, automotive, and AI.
