The interview was not stressful; it was very pragmatic, without the unrealistic, uber-hard coding questions that some of the bigger players ask. They just searched for my knowledge, personality, and experience. The people who interviewed me were also the team I would work on, so I got to meet pretty much every team member during the interview process, which was brilliant from a candidate's perspective to know what that specific team's culture was within the company.
