Disappointing feedback from recruiter and process.
After a technical review, which I thought went well, this was the feedback from the engineer: I waited two weeks with no call afterwards. One day, a recruiter called me, saying the technical interview was not as expected.
It would be nice to have direct feedback rather than "not open" for some reasons.
