Pros: Managers want you to grow and progress your career; salary is not the most competitive, but it is definitely reasonable, and the people who work here maintain a great culture.

Cons: It is difficult to get promoted, and it is difficult to have salary adjustment conversations.

Pros: Managers understand that health and family are the priority for people. Ability to work on open-source projects. Culture used to be amazing.

Cons: The leadership in recent years ruined the company culture, and culture was overshadowed by financial growth. Heavy focus on AI overshadowing other projects. Empty gestures of trying to act like employee feedback matters, but things have only been getting worse. Every big decision from leadership feels like it wasn't thought out properly, and I know many people who had no idea what will be of their work for more than a year, only waiting for some decisions to be made. Salary isn't competitive compared to the rest of the big IT companies. The culture made up for it in the past, but there's no culture like that anymore. Burned out or low performing engineers were moved to managerial positions, so managers are very hit or miss; either they have passion for working with people, or they were just bad engineers and making them managers was easier than firing them.

Pros: Great environment and a space for growth.

Cons: No cons. A great experience overall.
