I found the job description on the local Java meetup group. A recruiter posted it, and then I got connected with her. She introduced me to the position. I then had a technical screen interview with her. After a day, she told me I passed it. After that, she said she would talk with a software manager and schedule a phone interview.
I waited for about 10 days before they called me. The interview was very technical. Then the recruiter called me after 3 hours to tell me I was denied.
