Waited for two weeks, and all of a sudden, an email discussion with HR with no phone or intro calls.
HR scheduled a call with the tech team. During the call, we discussed a few roles and responsibilities related to the daily architect schedule. Nothing else.
I personally felt it was all done informally by Red Hat.
