The interview process was good. Instead of LeetCode, they chose an actual production scenario for the technical interview. There were two more technical rounds: one pure technical, code level, and another high-level discussion.
The interview process was streamlined but took around a month. In total, there were 2 technical and 1 managerial round. Overall, it was average in difficulty level. The only con was that the process was too slow.
I applied online on LinkedIn. I was contacted by a tech lead a few weeks later for an interview. A video call interview with someone other than the tech lead who contacted me was scheduled to last thirty minutes. It ended up lasting about forty-five
