A really good place to work, with high-level technical coworkers.
They made a layoff.
Very kind and polite people. The interview was pretty easy; they asked only trivial questions. Overall, a very nice experience. I had only one interview with Red Hat and, after a few days, got an offer.
A phone screen by a recruiter, then a phone screen by an engineer, then flown in for an in-person on-site interview with 3-4 important-acting engineering manager types, where I presented a slideshow of a project I had worked on.
It was fairly vast, covering concepts of DSA, Low-Level Designing, Docker, Git, Linux Commands, Spring Boot, Python, and Kubernetes (basics). The technical interview lasted around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Other rounds were: * Initial screening
