Open Source with much freedom to do things the right way.
It can be chaotic at times.
The whole process was pretty smooth and has been handled pretty well.
A Red Hat recruiter contacted me to set up the interviews. I had 3 rounds of interviews: * 1 with my hiring manager * 1 with my team lead * 2 with my peers In all 3 rounds, there was a mixture of behavioral questions, situational questions,
CV application phase, online survey where they asked personal and professional questions phase, 1 and a half hours interview in the office phase. I didn't pass the office interview, so I don't know if there are any more phases.
