Nice hours, good culture, and decent pay.
IBM making things very corporate
I applied through college or university. I had a short interview with the recruiter, and she was very friendly. She just asked me some basic questions regarding what I know about the company and why I am interested in this company.
Submitted my application through the company's website. Got a video interview with an engineering manager for around 30 minutes. Went through my resume and was asked about some related experience for the position.
It was an on-campus drive. The company shortlisted about 100 students based on their resume and CGPA, and then conducted the interview. It was only one round, which had all the discussion on projects, OS, DSA, etc.
