The interviewer should have respect for individuals. He was arrogant and even couldn't resist himself from giving a negative remark to my current organization. The reason being he was an ex-employee of my present organization.

The interview process was streamlined but took around a month. In total, there were 2 technical and 1 managerial round. Overall, it was average in difficulty level. The only con was that the process was too slow.
