Process

This was a very strange process. The phone screen involved a standard algorithm question. I gave a great answer, it compiled successfully, and everything went well.

I've been through more than 20 phone screens, and I usually know when it's a pass or fail. This felt like a clear pass.

Somehow, the recruiter rejected me afterward, stating that the position was no longer available.
