2. Tech Phone Screen: Basic system design question and algorithm question. (The interviewer lacked skill, bragging about where they worked and related topics. However, their responses were not technical, and they couldn't understand basic computational complexity. The interviewer was not communicative, instead focusing on trying to make a simple question difficult. They are inexperienced, and for senior positions, senior interviewers should be assigned the task; otherwise, it is a waste of time for both sides.)
