Going downhill to work for
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
March 31, 2025
Pros: Good vision, strong desire to do right by Reddit users, seemingly strong company financials.
Cons: Ads management/leadership is a mess. There's too much focus on revenue per head, losing focus on "remember the human," and ruthlessly cutting costs. One manager change is all it takes to go from good to bad.
