Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

This was by far the best interview process I've experienced.

I was first reached out to by the hiring manager, then had a technical phone screen, and then an onsite as a final step.

The questions I was asked were challenging but completely fair, and they were good ways to measure one's skillset and personal qualities.

Everyone who interviewed me made me feel very comfortable, even when I didn't have a complete answer.

The people I met during this process seem like smart, kind, collaborative individuals, and I wish that more interview processes were closer to Reddit's.
