WLB (on my team) is very good. This is entirely team and org dependent though.
Fully remote work is invaluable; I don't think I can go back to any other model. The flexibility is unparalleled. We do have offices if you prefer to go in.
The people are super smart here in my experience and very friendly. I also enjoy how everyone is a little weird, which makes conversations interesting.
