• A lot of opportunity to really change how things are done.
• You work at Reddit! It's really humbling to be a part of something so historic.

• Great perks. In addition to insurance + 401k, there's also a lot of budget to spend for wellness, education, dependents, pets, parking, dinners, transit, etc. It's an extensive list.
• Free catered breakfast + lunch (dinner can be expensed if you stay after 7PM).
• Unlimited reddit gold.

• It's growing a little fast; it's hard to keep up with the new people joining.
• The salaries are supposed to be at the 75th percentile, but it really doesn't seem to be the case (I'm an engineer).
• Understaffed across many of the teams.

Our goals and values need to be more transparent to the team, including when we change them. We have very high ambitions, and it would be nice to have input on what features we work on to achieve them, versus being told what to implement. We have skin in the game too.
