Pros: It is a revolutionary technology if it can actually work.
Cons: Lots and lots of Elon wannabes at this sweatshop. Self-anointed revolutionaries of the space industry who so far have proven bad company culture mixed with specious technology that can't pass basic muster for space worthiness.
There's a reason people are leaving after finding out what really goes on at the lab. And they're inflating the reviews with 5 stars at that other website and taking down everything on Google...

Cons: Management does not care about employees' concerns. Management has implemented badge-in time checks for salaried employees and a 50-hour-week minimum.
