Pros: - You get to work on some of the most interesting and challenging engineering problems in aerospace. - There's as much focus on company culture as there is on building rockets, with lots of opportunities to get to know your colleagues outside the office. - Everyone is passionate about their work, which in turn makes it a positive and productive place to work. - Really great team with tons of experience in launch-vehicle development and additive manufacturing, and so there's no shortage of learning opportunities and career growth.

Cons: It's hard to think of any downsides, but: - Parking can be tough, but that should be resolved soon. - There's a lot of responsibility and visibility at all levels, which is really a pro depending on how you like to work, but it's not for everyone. - The company is growing fast, another pro, but again, it's not for everyone.
