After applying, the recruiter promptly reached out for an introductory phone screen. I had two follow-up phone interviews that were a mix of technical questions and general background/experience, as well as a take-home embedded coding quiz. Then I was brought in for an on-site interview, which consisted of a presentation on my experience and technical skillset, an on-site lunch, and one-on-one interviews with members of each team. After the on-site, the team felt I was a better fit for a different position, and after some discussion, I agreed and accepted an offer.
Overall, the interview process was challenging, but the team was incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience interesting and fun at every step. The process took approximately two months total, but it was over the holidays, and recruiting kept me in the loop through each stage. I also appreciated that the recruiting team considered my application for other roles to make sure it was a good fit for myself and Relativity. No complaints; definitely worthwhile.
