CNC Programmer/Machinist Interview Experience

Process

I had a phone interview with an internal recruiter first, where they screened for cultural fit with the company. Afterwards, I had another phone interview with one of the production supervisors/managers, and they asked about work experience. Then, I had an onsite tour of their facility, where I met with all the staff and spoke with them for a few minutes to see how well I would fit with the team. They also had a small programming test where I would program a part.
