Pros: The most non ego driven environment that I have ever been in. The people are exceptionally talented and full of energy.
Cons: Not all departments are on the same page as far as support. This would be easily fixed with more company transparency and cross training.

Pros: Relativity is a company filled with as much opportunity as you want to shape a modern launch vehicle, kind people that care about you as a person and your development, and a great talent pool to collaborate with.
Cons: As is the case with startups, you definitely have to wear hats that aren't technically yours to wear as we build out new systems and products.
