Process

First round was with HR, no problem. The second round was with a junior engineer. The third round was with the department head, who asked basic theory questions. The fourth round was with a team of seven people, none of whom were on the email that I prepped for.

The fourth round also included some guy from my old job that I only said two words to my entire tenure there. His purpose was to trip me up as much as possible. Expect a firing squad.

Four more interviews were scheduled after the firing squad. Two showed up, one was a no-show, and the last never got rescheduled.

Of note, the first HR person that brought me in left the company while I was interviewing. The replacement was on a power trip.

To help perspectives, the softball questions don't mean tune your answers to softball answers. Be all in the whole way.

Questions
