Pros: - High level of autonomy. - Advanced technology, and get to work with really smart people. - Wonderful work culture. Great team atmosphere, with a very "flat" corporate structure. Everyone works together at all levels. - Limitless company outlook. Will be a major player in aerospace for years to come.

Cons: - Aggressive timelines - Lots of work, but much better work/life balance than my past startup experiences

Pros: - Very audacious - Open with strategy and communications - Good team

Cons: - A bit hectic - Longer hours because it is a startup - Lots of pressure

Pros: Interesting and fulfilling work, nice people, strong sense of ownership, an excellent learning and growth environment, a daily $10 lunch credit, and good snacks.

Cons: Strong ownership means lots of responsibility, aggressive timelines, and very minimal 401K matching.
