Relativity Space Interview Experiences
Launch Mechanical Engineer
The process was streamlined. Difficult, of course, but within the scope of the company. I had two technical and one final round interview. I was fortunate to have gotten a referral that pushed me farther along the interview process at the start.
Test Engineer
It consists of an initial technical screen. If you pass that, they schedule an onsite interview. This consists of an hour-long panel presentation, which is then followed by individual breakout sessions where you will be asked technical questions.
Senior Hardware Engineer
Very smooth and communicative interview process. The team members were super polite, and the recruiter was honestly the best I've ever interacted with. They accommodated my schedule needs at every step and had very open and responsive communication.
