Egotistical, demeaning technical recruiter. Could not have imagined a more horrible experience for a screening call. Refused to provide any information regarding the role while repeatedly asking the candidate to kiss up to the company.

Three phone screens with a recruiter, manager, and technical engineer. Phone screens are for basic skills, culture, and technical fit. One on-site interview with potentially a presentation and multiple in-person interviews.
