I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days.
Fairly reasonable process with exploring an unknown codebase, some algorithm questions, and a system design question. They did ghost at the end, but I don't really hold it against them. I am noting this only to suggest to them that interviewers should be more collaborative with the interviewee, and that some people do not perform well in timed algorithm environments. Consider this in the future, as I would have been happy to build something to chat about. The people who were collaborative in the process I really enjoyed talking to.
