Process
The process was in chaos. The recruiter who worked for this company needed some training. Even though they claimed to be a fin-tech company, their recruiter did not have any clue what they were doing. They could not tell the difference between DevOps, Business Operations, and Software Development.
The recruiter insisted that "we only need five years of work experience for a programmer" and asked me to try other positions, in my case, some business analyst jobs.
After a long time communicating, the recruiter still did not know what she was doing and randomly assigned me a take-home task.
