Pros: As an engineer, you will not work with big frameworks like Spring. This means you will be able to understand how your application works in detail.
As an engineer, you will have great production experience with high load, collecting metrics, logs, alerts, and so on.
As an engineer, you will work at a company that cares about its own product and drives it as much as possible.
As an engineer, you will work with other great engineers and people. You will gain your best networking experience in your life.
You will have a top market salary.
Cons: I have worked at a time of huge company growth. Some processes were messed up, and we didn't have time for tech debt, for example. But it is something you expect during such big growth.
