The interviewer was very nice, but he didn't clarify what exactly was being evaluated. So, I started coding fast in order to complete the three tasks on time, but the most important thing for him was to make use of TDD. If I had known that, I would have changed my approach.

Cons: High pressure, work-life balance is not so good like they say it is. The company will chew you up and spit you out quickly if you don't adapt and perform (but that for sure also depends on what team you'll be working for).
