The recruiter was well prepared and could answer all my questions.

I didn't like the questions regarding technical topics (see interview questions section).

As a response, I received a generic answer ("Our team is not ready to move forward") without any details.

Two points:

• Technical questions sometimes tend to be a bit philosophical, and it is not fair to expect a recruiter to capture the answers over the phone. It was also a bit difficult for me to fully grasp the questions.
• Please provide more visibility; this is a matter of maturity for a company like yours.
