It’s a nightmare
Salary higher than expected.
Working basically non-stop because you’re flooded with tasks from your first team, your second team, ad-hoc requests, quarter goals, and all kinds of bugs that must be solved now.
There are huge discrepancies in communication. Low-level management is being humiliated and mobbed in business meetings by upper management. You are required to do your job in spite of being on sick leave or on an engagement trip. This place is basically a gulag-styled work camp with no culture whatsoever. It's antihuman.
Leave this place and let it burn.
