A nice place to learn a lot
Great team of qualified developers. High quality of code and architecture.
HR support is really not that good. It does not impact daily work, but sometimes it worries and disappoints a lot.
Also, the company does not hire many people with seniority; that impacts the growth of some teams.
The fact that the company is big and there are some rules, I expect that you would understand that the current promotions policy is not that great.
