It can be difficult for people who have difficulty dealing with themselves under a heavier workload than usual. Revolut pushes for people to maximize themselves transparently and respectfully and will compensate them accordingly. This doesn't make it any easier, just more rewarding.
Organization changes frequently, mentally, and it is difficult to change an entire team or scope of work every six months.
