The initial phone interview was with an HR representative who conducted a culture assessment. The job description did not mention that being a League of Legends player is a minimum requirement for the position.
Even with prior video game company experience and a stellar resume, you must be a gamer and you must play their games. Seriously, if you do not play their game, you are immediately disqualified. Do not waste your time.
