Riot does a good job with their employer perks. They offer so much, from free food and great health plans to company activities, etc.
The code is a dumpster fire. Not a single person knows what’s going on. Almost everyone on my team started within the last year.
No one wants to spend time fixing horrible architecture, and so everything is bandaids on bandaids. Your entire job is to make new bandaids. You will never do anything new and fun, just be assigned bugs to fix that are hard to track down because there’s basically no documentation or unit tests for anything.

Simple: do your research, and you will succeed. They asked to see examples of work situations I’ve been in and my favorite type of projects to work on. Answer honestly.
