I am from a prestigious institute, with 10 years of experience, and my work experience is highly identifiable with the JD.
However, after an interaction, even the CV doesn't make it past the Hiring Manager (HM) or Talent Acquisition (TA). Perhaps due to their limited knowledge and insecurities, they either can't comprehend the CV well or are afraid to hire from Tier-1. In an industry riddled with layoffs, everyone is trying to make their position secure by any means necessary.
No wonder more clowns from XYZ College of Engineering keep making it to their tech workforces.
Sadly, Rippling US is oblivious to the shenanigans of these wicked TAs and HMs.
