This was my experience: I had a tech screen, a hiring manager interview, and then an onsite.
During the onsite, one of the interviewers would yawn, zone out, and seemed like he was working or doing other stuff during the interview. A week after the onsite, I did not get an answer. I reached out to the recruiter and again, did not get a response.

Other big companies have shown a lot more respect and professionalism throughout the process, which makes Rippling’s behavior stand out even more.
