To be honest, nothing. To build a compound startup, you'll have to hire machines and fire humans. But at least management is paying really well, so it's a choice for each person to stay or go. My only advice is to keep being the paymaster in India; that's your only edge. Since other companies are firing people in the US and opening R&D centers in India, there will be companies that pay better, and your top talent will jump ship.
First round: Gave a LLD problem to implement with proper OOPs implementation. Had to design a Delivery System Cost Dashboard. Expect to complete code in 30 minutes and spend the next 30 minutes answering questions. Be as fast as possible and diligen
5 technical rounds focused on low-level design and high-level design. Low-level design questions are the same as those available on Glassdoor or other platforms, followed by a high-level design round.
The interview can be confusing. Time is limited, and expectations are very high. However, the problems are not complex, and you have to implement every sub-requirement. AI tools can be used during the interview.
