Rocket ship company - a great place if you're excited about it
- Really strong/competent engineers and co-workers across the board.
- Ambitious, fast-paced work.
- High level of growth in customer base, ARR, and teams.
- Lots of learning.
- High internal morale and direction.
Not an AI startup. Definitely not a crypto company.
For those not looking for ambitious, fast-paced growth, it comes off as "burnout" / "overwork", but I think it's mostly just a mismatch in expectations. For those looking for a high-paced environment, they're generally pretty happy.
