Very bad experience:
Two people, including the hiring manager, did not show up for the panel interviews.
I had 45-minute interviews with three engineers and received very positive feedback from them.
To my surprise, they did not feel I was a fit. I'm not sure what the criteria for evaluation were. I heard from one of the interviewers that my working experience was not good and that he was complaining about how a lot of things were not clear.
Another interviewer said he did not know much about this position, so he would ask some general SW questions.
First interview: Behavioral questions.
Second interview: Software-related questions. The interviewer did not know much about controls, so they asked general questions, nothing challenging.
Third (last) interview: Some Kalman filter-related questions.
