I received an email from Rivian Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen interview. We set up the date and time for the phone screen. I prepared myself for that phone call because I was really excited for that opportunity, but unfortunately, no one called me or sent an email to cancel the phone screen. I sent an email to the Talent Acquisition asking if he was going to call, but I received no response. Three hours later, I sent another email and received no reply.
