Pros: The people at Rivian are friendly and eager to help. I was working on a small team of engineers and interacted with a group of technicians regularly. Everyone was competent and great to work with.
Cons: Directions from management were sometimes confusing or misinformed. Most of the headaches experienced on my team came from management.
