Very bad internship process.

First round was with HR for general questions, like graduation date and availability.

Then I was transferred to another HR manager for scheduling the interview with the hiring manager. I provided my availability. However, the HR was very unprofessional. It seemed she scheduled the appointment for me for one day but scheduled the appointment for the hiring manager for a separate day. I had not provided any time slot for that latter day! On that day, the HR asked me why I wasn't showing up. I was confused and replied that the appointment was for the next day, as confirmed by multiple emails from the company.

I communicated with the HR, and she agreed to discuss it with the hiring manager. After a week, the HR reached out again, saying the hiring manager was positive about moving forward and asked for my availability. I responded, but no scheduling followed.

Even worse, several days later, I received a rejection letter stating they had changed their direction for the position.
