Pros: Working at Rivian is a lot of fun. Interacting with folks who are like-minded and who are ready to push the boundaries of practical development. My current team is really collaborative and supportive.
Cons: The timelines set by management are aggressive. Rightly so, since the industry pace is pretty high. However, management needs to keep an eye on employee burnout.
