Interviews were fairly easy and focused on leadership qualities.
The interview process was too long and lasted for more than a month. Half the time, it was me following up on the application. I had a total of 4 rounds of interviews:
The ridiculous aspect of the last round of interviews was that the manager opened by saying he received positive feedback for all the previous rounds. He was also the first person to interview me a month prior. If I had passed all the previous rounds, and he was the first person to screen me, why would he reject me in the last round? Is this a pastime for all people involved? Ridiculous!
