The ghosting is real.
I connected with a technical recruiter early in December and had a fantastic engagement. I came away with instructions that a round two would be scheduled with the hiring manager. I was told I was a shoe-in due to my manufacturing and ERP experience, so I was hoping to have a technical interview for round two.
Six weeks went by, and there was no word back from Rivian. I attempted to reach out to the recruiter with no response before and after Christmas and New Year's.
