Cons: The culture is cliquey, especially within the Canadian software engineering team. It's incompetent and replete with corporate politics. It won't last much longer; it's only a matter of time before they're bankrupt. The stock value is terrible.

Pros: I think the ADAS org is slowly moving towards a more cohesive org with the appropriate tools and mindset in place.
Cons: I think we're still missing some fundamental pieces or roles to really move forward.
Previously, upper management wasn't great at communicating what our goal was besides 'make it better,' but that is definitely improving.
